We have been absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish. The entire process was super easy, the app allows for messaging, adjustments and payment all in one place and, most importantly, our cat sitter was wonderful.

We have three cats which Charlotte (the Oakham based cat sitter) looks after for us. She was fantastic, and so lovely. She first came to collect a key and meet us all, then whilst we were away sent us detailed daily updates through the app for each visit with brilliant pictures of our cats (some of which are some of the best photos we actually have of them now!). She also took into consideration any adjustments we needed for our three-legged cat who needed a bit of extra care.

I couldn’t recommend the company, or Charlotte, enough. So much so that we’ve left our spare key with Charlotte for next time!

This was the first time I had left my babies for longer than 24 hours, without using a cattery. Lydia and Katie put my mind at ease. A pre visit meet and greet so that I met Katie and could show her where everything was and discuss the boys in detail as to likes and dislikes. Katie quickly befriend my shy boy, who normally hides from strangers and this was a major relief! I looked forward to my daily reports and photos of the boys, how Katie got an action photo of Theo mid leap is marvellous. I cannot thank them enough and would fully recommend them to others.

We adopted Tilley a few months ago, and due to work commitments ended up having a few overnight stays, which is when Lydia became our knight-ess in shining dreamie armour!! Lydia has always looked after Mezzo (my three-legged cat) so well when I have been away for a couple of days, sending through the best photo updates of Mez playing and having cuddles. This time though, I went away for a week and was nervous about leaving Mez home alone for that length of time.
